The Positive Protection Solutions Management Team have undertaken and successfully managed vast amounts of high level security tasks both nationally and internationally.

The team are also Instructors in many of the fields in which they operate, including; Close Protection, Conflict Management, Control & Restraint and Disengagement.

VIP protection, over a 3 year period provided safety and protection for numerous bands, performers and premiership footballers as well as Government officials.

Co-ordinated security and protection for Royalty in conjunction with the Special Branch.

Operations room Team Leader during IIFA's (International Indian Film Academy) Oscars weekend.

Close Protection, 3 years operational experience of high threat principle protection. Undertaken team member, 2 l/c and team leader duties. Part of Royalty residential security team, armed diplomatic protection team for US Ambassador in Bosnia and armed protection team for British Embassy staff and Foreign and Commonwealth Office staff in Baghdad and Iraq-wide.

Ejection team leaders for various large, high profile, corporate businesses annual general meetings.

Close Protection for very high profile religious leader.

Safety and protection for bands and performers at large concerts.

Event Security Manager, ensuring the safety and security of VIPs and visitors, controlling pit-crews, back-stage security personnel, crowd and safety teams spanning over some 8 years.

Firefighter, employing advanced lifesaving and search and rescue techniques for a period of just over 4 years.

HM Prison Establishment Head of Security and Operations, in charge of search teams, establishment security, passive and active drug dog teams, narcotics identification and confiscation, Police liaison, staff training, co-ordinating and commanding control & restraint advanced operations for 5 years.

Royal Marines, 42 Commando & Comacchio Group, 8 years service with operations and deployments worldwide. Trained in Arctic, Jungle, Desert and Amphibious operations and drills. A small boats RIB and Raiding craft Instructor at RM Poole. Part of RM Protection teams for Restricted Special Areas.

HM Prison Service Control and Restraint Advanced trained instructor. 4 years service with the Prison Service as a PE Instructor, PE Manager, Operations Manager, Control and Restraint Instructor and Co-ordinator in charge of training and advanced 'Tornado team' interventions within a high security establishment.

Instructor of Conflict Management training courses.
