Be aware of what fuels conflict and confrontation.

Be able to calm and diffuse a situation with verbal gestures.

Show a calm and non-aggressive posture to help reduce tension.

Increase your personal confidence.

Reduce your vulberability.

Pick up hints and tips on staying safe.

Simulations and scenarios are used to promoteĀ  a better learning environment.

Certificates of training are issued to all who complete the course and are valid for one year.

Refreshers are available at regular intervals but are recommended at least annually.
